How about telling congress to help stop the blood from spilling on the streets in the 24th Ward. Stop locking up our men for a substance that is placed on the street by design for those thats looking for any means necessary to survive. Get rid of the very slave driving mechanism that's putting our men and women behind bars and back into slavery. Replace drugs with Jobs, I say it again....
